We usually frequent this restaurant several times a month. It was always our favorite place to eat with great management and wonderful service. Last Friday we had an awful experience. We waited almost 45 minutes for our order to be taken in a half empty restaurant with several servers on duty just sitting in a booth. The food came up fast after that, but trying to order dessert after dinner took another 20 minutes. The ladies room was a mess from the toilet overflowing. Manager Jennifer did not seem to care about either situation. A report to the regional office did not get as any further. That was the last time we will ever step foot in that place.
